As part of the journey, we are looking for a NetSuite Technical Analyst to join our IT team in Eastern Creek, NSW. The position joins a high performing team and will be responsible for advancing our system capabilities and align them with strategic business goals. Your role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our NetSuite platform to ensure that it meets the evolving needs of the organization. You will leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to enhance system efficiency and facilitate seamless business operations. The contributions will ensure that our NetSuite platform operates efficiently and adapts to meet the demands of our organization. This is a hands-on role and you will be able to use your skills to build new automations, work with AI systems and own the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
NetSuite Account Administration

Oversee and manage the administration of the NetSuite platform, ensuring robust security, effective user account management, and correct access controls.
Ensure compliance with established standards and optimize system performance.

Development and Customization

Lead efforts in developing, customizing, and troubleshooting workflows, scripts, and automations to streamline operations.
Continuously assess and improve existing processes for enhanced efficiency within the NetSuite environment.

Supporting and Maintenance

Ensure that NetSuite SuiteApps and vendor bundles are effectively supported and maintained for optimal performance.
Actively identify and resolve any bottlenecks in scripts and processes, ensuring system reliability..

API and Integration

Develop, test, and troubleshoot APIs using NetSuite endpoints, supporting integration with external ETL environments.
Utilize ETL/iPaaS tools such as Celigo to develop and maintain application integrations.

Data Management and Reporting

Work collaboratively with stakeholders to manage large sets of data, including import/export functions, and to develop reports and saved searches tailored to business needs.
Define and clarify data requirements to ensure effective implementation.

User Training and Documentation

Provide comprehensive training to users to maximize their effective use of the NetSuite system.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of technical solutions, configurations, and custom scripts for internal use and future reference.

​​​​​​​Compliance and Standardization

Support the maintenance of SOX compliance, including ticket creation, conducting end-to-end testing, and maintaining detailed documentation for change management.
Adhere to coding best practices and utilize version control systems, such as Git, to ensure quality and consistency in project delivery.
Management of internal support tickets via JIRA​​​​​​​

Skills and Experiences:
You will have hands-on experience in NetSuite administration and be proficient in SuiteScript 2.x (Scheduled Scripts, MapReduce, User Events, Suitelets, RESTlets).

Other qualifications and skills include:
Comfortable writing and debugging SuiteQL queries for data analysis and reporting
Experience with REST/SOAP API integration and working knowledge of ETL/iPaaS platforms (Celigo experience highly regarded)
Ability to work across multiple subsidiaries and currencies within a single NetSuite account
Strong communication skills — able to translate technical solutions into plain language for business stakeholders
Familiarity with change management practices and version control (Git) as well as SOX Compliance.
Working with Artificial Intelligence systems including MCP connectors to work with code and support external systems.
