Job description

* Responsible for day to day operations and administration on network and
security infrastructure
* Execute, plan and implement backup and recovery strategy for network
devices
* Problem resolution, consultation and technical support
* Ensure that network infrastructure complies with standard and policies
* Troubleshooting network problems and outages
* Responsible for setting up new remote sites for agencies with complete
documentation
* Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases
* Replacing faulty network hardware components when required
* Handling daily tasks pertain to firewall change requests
* Configure and troubleshoot Network Access Control, mainly with CPPM
* Sending WAN utilization report, incident report and upcoming activities
monthly to management.
* Enforcing Microsoft High patches and removing superseded KB's in CPPM.
* Experience with Alcatel networking device for intergation with NAC solution.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross function team of desktop, wintel team.
* Strong knowledge in SNMP, syslogs, NTP, DHCP, FTP, DNS, IPS, VPN, AAA, DNS.
* Experience with network access control products.
* Strong understanding of NAC deployments and challenges encountered.
* Experience with wireless technologies and infracture.

Additional Scope Requirement from Customer
1. Assist, plan and execute Govnet equipment mount and installation plans, both racking and scheduling inclusive
2. Plan, review and optimize FW rules and raise SR in accordance to Agency preferences.
3. Assist with site survey and core cable routing matters
4. Assist Agency and interface with building facilities to facilitate and execute core cabling works if any arises
5. Onsite monitor and coordinate with various stake holders to carry out the govnet implementations
6. Post implementation update of documentation and SOP where applicable
7. Shall have relevant experience handling similar project such as firewall replacement and WAN circuit change projects
8. Shall have relevant experience working with Palo Alto FW min 3 years of hands on working on the product.
9. Able to work independently and good in communication skills both written and verbal
10. Knowledge in coordination works and working principles of Connect services and requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
