About the Role
We are seeking a Network Security Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in safeguarding our company’s information assets. Collaborating closely with the Cybersecurity team and Infrastructure Architects, you will implement security measures, mitigate vulnerabilities, and ensure our IT landscape remains protected against all forms of threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Cybersecurity team to implement and maintain security controls for protecting company assets.
- Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in the Network and Security Infrastructure.
- Oversee regular penetration tests to uncover and address potential flaws.
- Support the implementation of security controls outlined in the security roadmap.
- Integrate new Network and Security solutions while maintaining existing systems.
- Provide L2/L3 expertise for the IT department to resolve advanced issues.
- Evaluate IT Network and Security risks in new projects and solutions.
Your Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Network Security, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in IT Network & Security roles.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Fortinet Firewalls
- Varonis
- Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
- SSL VPN, S2S
- CyberArk
- In-depth knowledge of IT security risks and industry best practices.
- Previous experience as an external consultant (preferred).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical security concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player capable of collaborating across multiple technical teams.
- Proficiency in English.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel within our international organization (over 50 countries).
- Availability to provide on-call support outside normal working hours for incident management.
- Certificate of good conduct will be required upon positive selection.
