Job Summary

We are seeking a fresher or skilled Network Copper & Fiber Cable Testing, Structured Cabling, Fiber Splicing Technician with hands-on experience in copper and fiber network infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for installation, splicing, testing, and troubleshooting of structured cabling systems.

Key Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of structured cabling systems

Perform optical fiber splicing (fusion & mechanical splicing)

Testing and certification of copper and fiber cables using tools like Fluke DSX-8000 / OTDR

Troubleshoot network connectivity and cabling issues

Labeling, dressing, crimping and routing of cables as per standards

Generate and maintain test reports and documentation

Ensure compliance with TIA/EIA and industry standards

Coordinate with project engineers, clients, and site teams

Preferred Skills

Experience in data center or commercial projects

Ability to read network diagrams and layouts

Willingness to travel for site work

Experience in structured cabling and fiber splicing

Knowledge of copper testing (Fluke) and fiber testing (OTDR, Power Meter)

Understanding of LAN/WAN infrastructure

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word)

Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
