We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for the role of New Home Sales Advisor. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on the sales team for one of Canada’s largest and most respected real estate developers. As part of our sales team, you will use your sales experience to liaise with and assist prospective buyer's with purchasing a new home.
- Full-time position
- 4 to 5 days per week, primarily Thursday through Monday
- Hours may vary. By appointment availability
- Competitive base plus incentive structure
- One year contract term with possibility of extension and/or full-time employment
Location: Collingwood - Job Title to - New Condo Sales Associate
Hours
Thursday to Sunday - 11am-6pm
Monday to Wednesday - by appointment only
Other tasks may be assigned outside of office hours.
Compensation to be discussed but will be a combination of: Base Pay + Commission + Portion of Team Sales
Base pay 40-50k
Goal is for Commissions + Portion of Team Sales to be another 50-70k+
We would like total compensation to be 100-120k+
## Key Responsibilities
As a New Home Sales Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective homebuyers, guiding them through the new home buying process. Your duties will include:
- Providing exceptional consultative service to prospective homebuyers
- Present model suites and available properties at our sales office
- Managing client relationships
- Maintaining accurate sales documentation and records
- Collaborating with our sales team members and employees in internal departments
- Using technology and cutting edge tech to enhance the client experience
## Required Qualifications
- Proven retail sales (luxury or higher end product preferred) or real estate sales experience.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer use, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
## Preferred Qualifications
- Proven retail sales, new home sales or real estate industry experience
- Experience in luxury retail, higher-end customer service, new homes sales or real estate.
- Willingness to learn
- Interest in the real estate market
- Real estate license not required but beneficial
