The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at ‘Our Fundraiser’ and help good causes raise the funds they need. We are a small team making a big difference. Our mission is to help good cause fundraising organisations and groups (e.g. charities, schools, parishes, communities) by making it very easy for them to fundraise by using our service platform (www.ourfundraiser.ie). This is a great time to join us as we grow.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to drive the growth of ‘Our Fundraiser’. The main goal of this role is to increase the number of fundraising organisations and groups that use our service.

The Role
You will have skills and proven experience in most of the areas outlined below:

• Plan activities and campaigns to attract new fundraising organisations to use our service, through email, advertising (online/print), phone, exhibitions, digital marketing, social media, etc.
• Engage with new organisations to help them understand our service and come on board. This will include presenting our service to fundraising groups via video call.
• Exhibit our service at occasional conferences. You will lead this activity end to end, including planning, booking, transporting and setting up our pop-up display, exhibiting at the event, and following up with contacts afterwards.
• Manage internal processes. For each of the above functions, you will need a keen eye for detail as you will prepare and process documentation, commercials, trackers, records, data, reports, etc.

The person we are looking for is:

• An excellent communicator, including presentation (via video call and in person), written, verbal and active listening skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• A creative problem solver with a positive, flexible attitude who works well on their own initiative and is results driven.
• Excellent at attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good at data management and analysis.
• A holder of a full Irish driving licence, with own transport, as the role involves travel to occasional conferences and team meetings.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Work Location: Remote (desk-based, located in Ireland), with occasional travel to conferences and team meetings.
• Salary: €38k to €43k
