We are looking for an energetic and results-driven New Car Sales Consultant to join our team and help our customers find their perfect Nissan vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and guide them through the sales process.
- Present and demonstrate new vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the vehicle range, including specifications, pricing, and financing options.
- Negotiate sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, providing excellent after-sales support.
- Manage follow-up communications with prospective buyers and past clients to maintain a strong customer base.
- Handle administrative tasks related to vehicle sales, including contract preparation, finance applications, and vehicle registration.
About You:
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- A passion for cars and a good understanding of the automotive industry.
- Sales-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A current driver’s license is required.
- Motor vehicle sales licence for western Australia.
- Working Rights for Australia.
