Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Nickel Plating Quality Inspector to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that all nickel plating processes meet strict quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills and attention to detail. Experience in a quality management role is mandatory. The inspector will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards through rigorous inspection and adherence to quality assurance protocols. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality inspections of nickel-plated components
• Take and save photos of customer parts both pre and post plating
• Report non-compliant parts immediately to Production and Quality
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards for plating processes.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve quality issues and improve plating consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment adhering to safety and quality protocols.
• Be on the shop floor for the majority of your working day

Experience

• Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers for precise inspections is preferred
• Familiarity with industry standards related to nickel plating quality is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our nickel plating processes by ensuring all products meet the highest standards of quality.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
