Part time Night Auditor

Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties, including checking guests in and out, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions

- Provide exceptional guest service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally

- Handle phone calls and reservations, providing accurate information and assisting with booking arrangements

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests

- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

- Conduct security checks throughout the property to ensure the safety of guests and property

-Assist with preparation of Breakfast

Skills:
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
- Proficiency in operating phone systems and hotel management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
