Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest services by welcoming and assisting guests during check-in and check-out processes.
• Manage front desk operations, including handling reservations, inquiries, and requests efficiently.
• Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain hotel records.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of guest relations.
• Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and handle inquiries.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to provide recommendations to guests.
• Uphold Marriott brand standards in all interactions and services provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to enhance guest communication.
• Familiarity with front desk operations, including reservation systems and night audit procedures.
• Excellent phone etiquette and experience operating multi-line phone systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
