Western Hills Healthcare is seeking a CHARGE NURSE.

Shift Available:

• 6PM -6AM ($3,000 Sign-On Bonus)

Job Responsibilities:

• LVN with required state licensure.
• Ability to comply with the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
• Ability to comply with Company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Properly monitor administration of resident medication and medication reorders.
• Accurately and promptly transcribe physician orders, contacting physician with change of condition report.
• Timely and accurate documentation of residents’ charts. Complete Nursing assessment as required
