You will receive training through our Dalata Academy to help you learn important skills. You will also meet experienced team members who can help you grow.

Your Job:

• Clean all areas of the hotel, including but not limited to:
  • Lobby, stairways, back office, restaurant and bar areas
  • Maintain guest rooms as required
  • Public and staff areas
  • Meeting rooms/ floors
• Follow nightly checklists, including tasks such as setting up function rooms, breakfast areas, and other spaces as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front entrance and outside areas, ensuring they are tidy and presentable at all times (e.g., emptying bins, picking up rubbish, etc.).
• Be familiar with the hotel’s fire procedures to ensure the safety of all staff and guests at all times.

What You'll Need:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Capability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
• Experience in 3/ 4-star hotels is desired but not essential
