Position: Night Cleaner Part-time

Duties include:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
• Daily Cleaning duties following the HACCP cleaning checklist
• Cleaning Duties include emptying of bins, vacuuming and washing floors and surfaces, Toilet area cleaning, dusting and cleaning of window ledges, rails, skirting, glass panels, mirrors, and chrome.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and promptly to the required standards and comply with all legal requirements relative to Health and Safety.
• Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations.
• Adhere to duties assigned by Supervisor/ Manager.
• Carry out assigned checks.
• Replenish supplies to all dispensers around the restaurant
• Use cleaning materials appropriately, as per safety guidelines and SOPs
• Ensure all waste is disposed of in the correct containers/skips and relevant information is recorded.
