Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Night Cleaning Manager to oversee custodial operations during overnight/evening & weekend hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in commercial cleaning.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the nightly cleaning team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures in accordance with company standards
• Conduct inspections of facilities to verify cleanliness and safety compliance
• Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels
• Address any issues or concerns raised by staff or management promptly
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and staff performance
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among team members

Experience

• Proven custodial or commercial cleaning experience, with a strong understanding of cleaning best practices
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a custodial or facilities maintenance setting is preferred
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures related to commercial cleaning environments
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lead a team effectively during night shifts
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff and management effectively

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
