Bunratty Castle Hotel is currently seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Night Porter to join our team. As part of the hotel's overnight operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our guests while maintaining the smooth running of the hotel during night-time hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and assisting with late check-ins and early departures.
• Providing exceptional customer service and responding to guest requests efficiently.
• Carrying out regular security and fire safety checks throughout the hotel.
• Setting up conference, meeting, and event rooms as required.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and cleaning duties in public areas.
• Serving refreshments or room service requests when necessary.
• Completing end-of-day administrative duties and reports.
• Ensuring the hotel is secure, clean, and well-presented at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
• A reliable, trustworthy, and professional manner.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good level of spoken and written English.
