Duties:

Your role will be to assist in the effective running of the hotel during the night. This role involves reception, bar, basic food preparation, general cleaning and security duties. Additionally, you will provide our guests with a professional and helpful service, including check in/ check out of guests. You must have a natural ability to communicate to different types of people and the passion to ensure that all of guests enjoy their stay.

Responsibilities:

• To man reception desk and supervise night audit.
• To ensure that the agreed standards of service cleanliness and security are maintained in all areas
• To ensure that the security of the hotel is maintained overnight, conducting regular fire, health and safety checks as part of this cover.
• To be available to attend to guests needs and ensure the highest standards of customer care at all times.
• To set up, service and clean any conference room or public area as requested, including areas designated by management, to the agreed standards.
• To take over responsibility for residents bar when bar staff finish duty.
• Prepare and serve night room service.
• To carry out any other duties as requested by the Front of House Manager.
• To report any maintenance issues or faults using the agreed procedures.
• To ensure that lost property is recorded when found and secured as agreed by management.
• To carry out any reasonable request made by a member of management.
• To valet park guests cars when requested.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role
• Have experience of dealing with demanding customers
• Excellent customers service skills
• Full Clean driving licence desirable
