Night Porter - Part Time Position

As a Night Porter at An Chúirt Hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours. Your duties will include a mix of customer service, security, and light housekeeping tasks, ensuring our guests feel safe and well-cared-for throughout the night.

The candidate must have excellent english.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting late-night arrivals and check-ins
• Handling guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Conducting regular security checks of the hotel premises
• Assisting with setting up conference rooms and other facilities for morning events
• Performing light cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel remains presentable
• Preparing and setting up for the breakfast service as needed
• Liaising with the reception, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Managing the handover to the morning shift, providing clear and accurate information about overnight occurrences

Required Criteria

• Right to work in Ireland
• Good Command of English Language

Desired Criteria

• Previous experience working on night shifts
