Night Porter/Auditor

As a Night Porter/Night Auditor, you’ll be the friendly, reliable face of the hotel for our guest’s afterhours, handling guest arrivals and ensuring smooth transitions throughout their stay. You accommodate guests, provide expert knowledge, cleaning, reporting. Pretty much anything hands-on that needs your attention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning of Public areas around the main building
• Welcome and assist guests with a warm and engaging customer service approach
• Assist with luggage, and coordinate guest requests as needed
• Perform regular security checks and report any safety concerns to maintain a secure environment
• Support the Front Office team in maintaining a clean, organized lobby area
• Responsible for account queries, register audits for shift, shift closing and account adjustments for the shift.
• Must ensure month-end activities are handled correctly.
