THE POSITION
We’re searching for an enthusiastic Night Receptionist, that enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace and an international team. Located in the heart of Almere, our hotel offers 160 comfortable rooms and is committed to sustainability.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Night Receptionist, you will join the Receptionists team at Holiday Inn Express Almere and make sure an exceptional guest experience is delivered at all times. The successful candidate is expected to contribute positively to the implementation of IHG brand standards, operate in a collaborative team setting and maintain high productivity levels and quality of work.
Being in charge of the check-ins or check-outs during your shift
Carry out, review and update Reception procedures, as per hotel policy
Carry out Duty Management shifts
Prevent and handle complaints
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
MBO/HBO or equivalent level of education
At least 1 year of working experience; experience in Holiday Inn Express hotels is an advantage
Excellent organizational skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office and Opera systems
Proactive, adaptable and independent
Diplomatic, respectful and supportive of company policies
Excellent written and spoken English, and Dutch is a plus
