Part Time

Jacobs Inn is currently seeking a Night Porter to join our team on full time basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about excellent customer service, safety, and tourism! If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!

Our Night Porter is responsible for:

Ensuring that the guests and comfortable and safe onsite
Conducting nightly facility walks
Maintaining a safe and secure environment
Creating, checking in, and adjusting reservations.
Handling payments
Tidying up the reception area
Addressing guest complaints, or inquiries, etc.

Skills and Qualifications

Responsible and reliable
Strong communication skills
Excellent customer service

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From €14.00 per hour
