YellowSquare is looking for a Night Porter - Receptionist for its Hostel in Florence.

We are looking for a candidate who enjoys a fast paced atmosphere, who is passionate about hospitality and professional in providing the best experience to our guests.

The Tasks:

• Dealing with bookings;
• Completing Check-in and Check-out procedures;
• Preparing bills and taking payments;
• Patrol and secure hallways, common areas, entrances and other locations of the Hostel;
• Dealing with complaints or problems;

Requirements:

• Previous experience in similar role, at least 2 years experience
• Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;
• Flexibility: working time and hours;
• Excellence in customer service;
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
