In this role you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Supervisor and team members to meet and exceed their performance standards
• Mentoring and coaching the team to deliver exceptional quality and results each day
• Leading by example in following all company procedures, using safe work practices and being results orientated without compromising safety or quality
• Knowledge of machine operations and equipment and willing to learn multiple type of machinery
• Show strong people management skills and openly communication with team members and management
• Assist with conducting scheduled toolbox meetings

What you need to have:

• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Line Leader supervising in a similar food manufacturing factory is highly desirable
• The ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Able to liaise with all team members and managers
• Can work in a cold environment
• The ability to work within strict food quality standards and guidelines
• Have a great eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills, literacy and numerical skills

*** The position is permanent Monday to Thursday from 10pm to 8am***
