As a Night Supervisor at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:

• Taking Food & Beverage orders via the phone from guests, adhering to the LQA and Forbes standards at all times.
• Providing efficient Food & Beverage service, ensuring guest and resident satisfaction is achieved throughout their experience.
• Updating the internal system accordingly, ensuring attention to detail and management of inventory.
• Demonstrating full knowledge of the In Room Dining menu and beverage list in order to make recommendations and respond to guest requests.
• Leading by example to train and manage the team.

As a Night Supervisor in the In Room Dining department, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift pattern will be night shifts, 10:30pm – 7:00am (including weekends and bank holidays).

To be a successful Night Supervisor Candidate, you will have excellent communication skills, and a focus on high quality customer service. You will display strong multitasking skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure. Previous experience within a similar role in Food & Beverage is desirable.
