Job Overview

We are seeking a US Non-IT Recruiter with 2+ years of hands-on experience in recruiting for Paralegal and Attorney roles across the US market. This is a completely remote opportunity ideal for a junior-level recruiter who understands the dynamics of legal hiring and US staffing processes.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with US clients, sourcing legal professionals, and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Litigation Support, and Attorney roles in the US market.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and networking.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on job requirements and client expectations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage offer negotiation, follow-ups, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update ATS with candidate and client information.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of legal professionals.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment, specifically in Paralegal or Attorney hiring.
• Strong understanding of US staffing processes and legal industry hiring trends.
• Expertise in Boolean search and sourcing strategies.
• Experience working with US job boards (Dice, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in US time zones.
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
