We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Non-Voice Process Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling backend operations, data processing, email/chat support, and documentation work without voice-based communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle data entry and document processing accurately
- Respond to customer queries via email/chat
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Review and verify information for accuracy
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards
- Meet daily/weekly productivity targets
Eligibility / Requirements:
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate / 12th Pass (as applicable)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
