The role
Siemens Financial Services (SFS) Nordics is on an exciting transformation journey, supporting both local and international partners with commercial finance solutions and innovative business models.
We are now looking for a Nordic Head of Sales with full commercial responsibility for the Nordic market, covering Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. The role is a key leadership position within the Nordic organization, responsible for shaping and executing the regional sales strategy, driving growth, profitability, and sales transformation in close collaboration with Nordic and Global stakeholders.
As Nordic Head of Sales, you are a member of the Nordic Management Team and report to the CEO of SFS Nordic. You will play a central role in shaping a Nordic sales culture that is positive, inclusive, and performance‑driven. We believe in trust‑based leadership, continuous learning, and collaboration across borders. The Nordic Head of Sales is expected to foster an environment where people grow, feel empowered, and take accountability-creating strong engagement internally and trusted partnerships externally.
The preferred location for this position is Solna, Sweden, with responsibility across the Nordic region. Other potential locations include Oslo (Norway), Espoo (Finland), or Umeå (Sweden).
You will make an impact by
The role owns and leads the Nordic commercial and go‑to‑market strategy in close collaboration with key business functions, with full accountability for results. Responsibility includes ensuring that annual and long‑term sales budgets are achieved and accurately forecasted, while driving disciplined pipeline management and sales execution across all Nordic countries using Salesforce. The position holds overall responsibility for Nordic account planning for key and strategic vendors and customers, including budget ownership, and drives sales together with Nordic Siemens Business Units through strong joint go‑to‑market approaches and clear commercial priorities.
The role continuously evolves the Nordic sales organization to deliver sustainable growth, profitability, and business model innovation. A key focus is leading the transformation of the Commercial Finance business towards low‑touch, automated, and digital sales models, combined with consultative solution selling. In close collaboration with Data Analytics and digital teams, insights and data‑driven decision‑making are leveraged to improve performance and efficiency across the region.
Leadership responsibility includes leading, coaching, and inspiring country Heads of Sales and sales teams across the Nordics, fostering a high‑performance, inclusive, and trust‑based sales culture aligned with the SFS Nordic Culture aspirations: Trusted, Growing, and Positive. The role owns the development and adoption of customer‑ and vendor‑facing tools, processes, and sales methodologies across all Nordic markets, and works closely with Marketing to drive Nordic initiatives that support growth, brand strength, and long‑term customer trust.
As a key member of the Nordic sales management team, the position contributes to sales culture, process harmonization, pipeline governance, and cross‑border collaboration. The role also plays an integral part in shaping Nordic business strategy and performance, working closely with country Heads of Sales, Nordic leadership, and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and sustainable growth.

Execute the Nordic commercial strategy to drive profitable growth across Proximity and third‑party business.
Continuously optimize vendor portfolios and asset segments based on relevance, performance, and profitability.
Balance consultative solution selling with digital, platform‑based, and API‑enabled sales models.
Your success is grounded in having these qualifications:

Minimum 10 years’ experience in B2B sales within the financial sector

Fluent in English; proficiency in at least one Nordic language is required

5+ years of senior sales leadership experience, preferably in a Nordic or multi-country context.

Proven experience in driving change, transformation, and people development with inclusive leadership capabilities.

Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent.

Solid understanding of the leasing and commercial finance industry.
