Your mission…

As the Nordic Brand Marketing Graduate in the Professional Products Division working on the brands Redken and Matrix, your role is to support the dynamic growth and market leadership of these iconic brands within the Nordic region. You will be a key contributor to the team, assisting in all aspects of brand management from product launch execution to market analysis. Your analytical skills will be vital in tracking market trends, analyzing sales data, and monitoring competitor activities. You will also play a crucial role in coordinating team efforts for special projects and events, contributing to a vibrant and impactful brand presence in the Nordic market. This role offers a unique opportunity to experience the core responsibilities of a Product Brand Manager and understanding of the dynamic professional beauty industry.

You will…
  • Assist the Product Brand Managers and marketing team in the execution of the brand & product launches on Redken, Matrix & Biolage
  • Manage catalog updates for launches and existing portfolio
  • Support the Product Brand Manager and Online Brand manager in managing content across all channels
  • Analyze market data, brand performance data, conduct competitor monitoring and support on monthly brand reporting
  • Support on ad-hoc projects and ensure team coordination on events
You are…
  • Graduated with a Master’s degree in Marketing or Communication within 1,5 years
  • Passionate about or experienced within the beauty or FMCG industry.
  • An excellent communicator, fluent in both English and at least one Nordic language.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Highly organized, possessing strong skills in coordination, planning, prioritization, communication, and time management.
  • Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to your work.
