- Deliver occupational health and safety advisory services to large corporate clients.
- Conduct risk assessments, workplace evaluations, and provide practical recommendations.
- Deliver trainings, workshops, and coaching sessions to client organizations.
- Support clients in preventing and managing work-related accidents, injuries, and illnesses.

Contribute to the development of If’s preventive health and workplace safety concepts, such as:
- early intervention and “stay-at-work / return-to-work” programs
- mental well-being and psychosocial support concepts
- rehabilitation pathways, coaching, and new injury‑recovery techniques
- digital and hybrid OHS prevention services
- Shape the future offering for large corporate clients, ensuring that If stays at the forefront of prevention in the accident & health insurance industry.
- Create training material, videos, and online learning content.
- Support the development of digital risk management tools and platforms (e.g. self-assessment tools, online trainings, Learning Hub).
- Contribute occasionally to external communication and thought leadership (articles, customer cases, sales materials).
- Keep track of industry trends, regulatory developments, and new prevention methods.
- Work closely with colleagues in Employee Benefits Underwriting, Sales & Client Servicing, Marketing & Business Development, and other Risk Management Services specializations (Property, Cyber, Cargo, Liability).
- Experience in OHS, workplace safety, physiotherapy / ergonomics, rehabilitation, or similar applied fields.
- A relevant educational background (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree), but practical experience matters most.
- Strong communication skills in Finnish and English. Working knowledge of Swedish or another Nordic language is a plus.
- Experience of project management and/or business/concept development.
- Comfort working with digital tools and enthusiasm for developing new digital services.
- The ability to run workshops and trainings, and to collaborate with client OHS teams.
