About the Job:
Ayopa Inc. is actively hiring a skilled and dependable Driver / Landscape Technician to join our growing team. If you're experienced in landscape maintenance and confident driving a truck with a trailer, this is your chance to be part of a company that rewards pride, consistency, and professionalism.

This is NOT a training position. If you are not already experienced with commercial landscaping equipment and trailer operation, please do not apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a company truck with trailer to and from job sites
• Operate commercial landscaping equipment (zero-turn mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.)
• Perform full-service landscape maintenance: mowing, edging, weeding, cleanup
• Inspect and prep equipment each day (gas, oil, condition)
• Maintain clean tools and equipment; return gear organized and ready for next shift
• Keep job sites tidy, professional, and safe
• Communicate clearly with team leads and clients
• Follow direction and complete work without constant supervision

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Florida driver's license & clean driving record
• Confidence hauling a trailer (including backing up and parking)
• Previous landscaping experience
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Mechanically inclined; capable of troubleshooting small equipment issues
• Must pass a background check (government property access required)
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in Florida heat
• Speaks and understands English (bilingual is a plus)
