Job Description: We seek motivated and self-driven individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Insurance Agents. This role is 100% commission-based, allowing you to earn based on your performance. We offer a competitive bonus structure designed to reward hard work and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect, market, and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Conduct needs-based analysis to offer personalized insurance solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals to earn commission
• Complete all required training and certifications to stay current with industry standards and regulations
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events

Requirements:

• No prior experience in insurance is necessary—just a desire to succeed!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Comfortable with a 100% commission-based compensation structure
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
• Must be willing to obtain relevant insurance licenses (training provided)
