We are passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes with a strong focus on integrity, honesty and accountability. We are seeking an experienced Scraper Operator to join our energetic team. This role is critical to the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard across our civil and bulk earthworks operations.
The diverse role holds responsibilities that include but are not limited to:
Operate scrapers safely and efficiently in accordance with site requirements and project specifications.
Work closely with supervisors, leading hands and site teams to meet daily production targets.
Conduct pre-start checks and routine maintenance, identifying and reporting any faults or hazards.
Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and environmental compliance at all times.
Follow site procedures, traffic management plans and relevant WHS requirements.
The position is a full time, permanent role and requires regular travel to our project sites throughout NSW.
Skills and Experiences:
About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have demonstrated experience operating scrapers within civil construction or bulk earthworks environments.
Additionally, you will possess the following:
Demonstrated experience operating scrapers in mining or civil earthmoving environments.
Current competencies relevant to scraper operation.
Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and quality performance.
Good communication skills and reliability in adhering to site standards and procedures.
