- Top Line of the Annual Operating Financial Plan
- Market Expansion Plan both Spread / Depth
- Brand building Activities
- Opportunity management - Super Specialty / Insurance
- Advertising / Media Initiatives
- Market Research / Competitor Intelligence
Requirements and skills
- Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
- Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
- Compassionate with good communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Graduate MBA / MHM
