We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and experienced nurse to provide dedicated care for a patient at home. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring the patient’s health, administering prescribed medicines, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the patient’s overall comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily nursing care and support.
- Administer medicines as per the doctor’s prescription.
- Monitor vital signs and health condition regularly.
- Assist with hygiene, mobility, and feeding if required.
- Maintain patient comfort and a clean, safe environment.
- Communicate updates about the patient’s health to family members and doctors.
