Casual Opportunity | National Program | Commencing October 2026

IQVIA is seeking expressions of interest from experienced and engaging Registered Nurses to join our Nurse Programs Team as Casual Nurse Educators, supporting the delivery of a national healthcare professional education program across Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your clinical expertise and education skills to support healthcare professionals in developing confidence and competence in medication reconstitution, handling and administration within oncology and women's health settings.

About the Role

As a Casual Nurse Educator, you will coordinate and deliver face-to-face and occasional virtual education sessions to healthcare professionals, demonstrating approved medication reconstitution, handling and administration techniques while ensuring program documentation, compliance requirements and participant reporting are completed accurately.

Key Responsibilities
Schedule education appointments with healthcare professionals and clinics.
Deliver approved education sessions to healthcare professionals.
Demonstrate medication reconstitution, preparation, administration and disposal techniques.
Support attendance tracking and participant feedback collection.
Complete activity reporting and documentation via IQVIA systems.
Report adverse events and product quality complaints in accordance with program requirements.
Collaborate with the IQVIA Program Team to support successful program delivery.
About the Program

This national healthcare professional education initiative is designed to support confidence and competence in medication reconstitution, handling and administration within oncology and women's health settings.

The program is expected to support approximately 150 clinics nationally over a 12-month period, with education delivered primarily face-to-face within metropolitan healthcare settings.

Please note that this is a casual, on-demand program. While the program is anticipated to run for up to 12 months, education session volumes will be dependent on clinic demand and may vary throughout the duration of the program.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Experience delivering clinical education, in-services or healthcare professional training.
Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
Experience with medication preparation, reconstitution and/or injection administration.
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel locally.
Full Australian working rights.

Highly Desirable

Experience in oncology, women's health, fertility, obstetrics and gynaecology, or related therapeutic areas.
Previous experience working as a Nurse Educator.
Experience engaging with specialists, oncology nurses and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Training & Support

Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training before delivering education sessions, including product-specific education, competency assessment, compliance requirements, reporting processes and program systems training.
