Remuneration: $77.48 - $78.91 per hour
Hours Per Week: 32 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

As the After-Hours Nurse Manager (Reliever), you will provide leadership and operational oversight across the facility, ensuring efficient service delivery, patient safety, and workforce coordination after hours.
- Oversee after-hours hospital operations including patient flow, bed management and staffing
- Lead and coordinate nursing and support staff deployment across the facility
- Act as Hospital Incident Controller during emergencies or critical incidents
- Provide clinical leadership, guidance and escalation support to staff
- Manage reporting, incident escalation, and communication with the Executive On Call
