Duties & Responsibilities

We want you to love what you do while making a difference in people’s lives. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver Patient Care – Conduct thorough assessments, including physical exams and medical history reviews, to diagnose and manage patient health concerns.
  • Develop Personalized Treatment Plans – Design and implement plans that incorporate services like IV Therapy, Hormone Replacement Therapy, Medical Weight Loss (e.g., Tirzepatide), and more.
  • Educate Patients – Help patients understand their care plans, lifestyle changes, and strategies for achieving optimal wellness.
  • Use Advanced Diagnostics – Order and interpret tools like EKG, ABI, TM Flow, and Spirometry to guide patient care.
  • Collaborate with the Team – Work closely with other providers, nurses, and staff to create a seamless patient experience.
  • Maintain Accurate Records – Document patient information using eClinicalWorks (eCW) while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Stay Current – Stay informed on the latest advancements in functional and preventative medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
  • Administer IV therapy treatments according to established protocols.
  • Monitor patient response to treatments and adjust care plans as necessary.
  • Provide patient education on wellness, disease prevention, and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh Graduate
  • Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Tennessee
  • Nurse Practitioner with experience in Primary Care, preferred.
  • Experience in IV therapy administration is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dedication to promoting health and wellness through preventative care.

Schedule and Compensation:

  • Full time Position
  • Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
