Position: Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (Float Role)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift

Location: NC VA Eastern TN

Overview:
This is a permanent float NP role supporting approximately 100 facilities. The NP will provide coverage for PTO, sick leave, and other absences for site-based NPs.

Key Details:

• Travel Role: Covers multiple locations as needed
• Lodging: $70/day per diem (PDM)
• Schedule: M-F Days No Call
• Purpose: Ensure continuity of care when full-time site NPs are unavailable

• You won’t be assigned to just one facility
• You’ll move between sites depending on staffing needs
• Requires flexibility, adaptability, and comfort with travel

Pay: $145,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
