We are expanding our virtual care team and are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners who align with our values, clinical philosophy, and high standards of patient care.

Position Overview

Location: Remote (Canada & United States)

Reports to: Medical Director, Olenka Lyle

Projected Start: Spring (flexible onboarding timeline)

Schedule: Fully flexible | Virtual care | No minimum hours

This is a fully remote, virtual appointment-based role supporting patients through hormone optimization and precision/functional medicine services. Backend integration is streamlined, and onboarding is designed to be straightforward, with the primary focus being delivering excellent care during scheduled appointments.

This role offers complete flexibility: clinicians may take on as few or as many hours as they wish, with no minimum commitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient consultations within ClaraDerma+’s clinical framework
• Provide hormone-focused and/or precision medicine-based assessments and follow-ups
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Uphold ClaraDerma+’s values, ethics, and patient-first approach in every interaction
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation within the clinic’s systems

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (new graduates not eligible)
• Prior experience in hormone therapy, functional medicine, precision medicine, or closely related fields
• Strong alignment with ClaraDerma+’s values, ethics, and holistic patient care philosophy
• Comfort delivering care via virtual platforms
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and professionalism

Licensure & Registration

• Active registration in at least one Canadian province or U.S. state required at start
• Interest in expanding licensure to additional provinces and U.S. states over time is strongly preferred
• ClaraDerma+ is building a multi-jurisdictional care model and seeking clinicians interested in long-term growth with the practice
