Pay: £28,704 per annum depending on experience* (Based on 40 hours a week)
Location: Granta Park Day Nursery, Granta Park, Great Abington, CB21 6GP
Hours: Monday to Friday - 30 hours per week - 8 am until 2 pm
What this role involves:
As a Nursery Office Administrator, you will work as a member of the nursery team, supporting the Nursery Management in the day-to-day operation of the nursery. This includes answering calls and emails and responding or forwarding to appropriate person within the nursery or organisation and ensuring nursery filing is up to date and organised. You are to develop a professional rapport with the childrens parents/carers and colleagues from other departments within the business.
As well as those duties outlined above, the job Nursery Office Administrator is expected to perform any other tasks reasonably assigned. Full training and a thorough induction will be provided for this role.
- Previous administrative experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills and timekeeping
- Polite and professional telephone manner
- Ability to work well within a time whilst managing own workload effectively
