We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in childcare and early childhood education looking for a smaller company to work with.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years
• Plan and implement engaging activities that promote development across all areas (physical, emotional, social, and cognitive)
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive environment for all children
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
• Observe and assess children’s progress, documenting their development
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our practices and environment

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting (preferred but not essential)
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for working with children
• First Aid and Safeguarding training (preferred, but not essential)
