Nursery Room Leader

Duties:
- Supervise and manage a team of nursery staff members
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and programs for children
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery
- Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates on their child's progress
- Assist with meal times, diaper changes, and other daily care routines
- Create a positive and nurturing atmosphere for children to learn and grow

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent

£500 joining fee - upon successful completion of 6 month probation

• Nursery: 1 year (preferred)
• Nursery experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
• Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
