Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior care, particularly in nursing home and long-term care environments. This role requires a compassionate leader who is committed to ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents, while also managing staff and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote resident rights and quality care.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a skilled workforce.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate medication administration and health services for residents.
• Foster a positive environment for residents, families, and staff through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
• Engage with residents and their families to address concerns and enhance their experience within the facility.
• Stay informed about best practices in senior care, memory care, and services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Skills

• Proven experience in nursing home administration or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and resident rights.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Effective communication skills to interact with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
