About the Role:

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Nursing Officers to join our multi-speciality hospital team in Madurai. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support doctors during procedures, and ensure smooth clinical operations across departments such as ICU, Ward, Emergency, OT, and OPD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, ethical, and efficient nursing care to patients.
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and treatments.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure proper infection control practices across the unit.
• Coordinate patient care across departments (ICU, Ward, OPD, OT, etc.).
• Educate and support patients and their families.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain nursing supplies, equipment, and ensure a clean environment.

Skills & Qualifications

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing (Mandatory)
• Registration with State Nursing Council
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient-handling skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and fast-paced hospital environments
