Job Title: Nursing Officer – Multi Speciality Hospital
Location: Madurai
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Experience: 0–5 Years
About the Role:
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Nursing Officers to join our multi-speciality hospital team in Madurai. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support doctors during procedures, and ensure smooth clinical operations across departments such as ICU, Ward, Emergency, OT, and OPD.
This is a great opportunity for both freshers and experienced nurses to grow their careers in a professional and patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, ethical, and efficient nursing care to patients.
- Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and respond to emergencies promptly.
- Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and treatments.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure proper infection control practices across the unit.
- Coordinate patient care across departments (ICU, Ward, OPD, OT, etc.).
- Educate and support patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain nursing supplies, equipment, and ensure a clean environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing (Mandatory)
- Registration with State Nursing Council
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient-handling skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and fast-paced hospital environments
