Job Purpose

Qualification:

Graduate; 1st division in 10th, 12th and Graduate, Post Graduate/Graduate in Science or Hospital Administration preferable.

Relevant Experience:

5 + years of experience in Domestic/International Call Center, In-bound/Out-bound.

Responsibilities

Handling all inbound query calls related to our hospital at PRM desk.
Convincing & Educating Customers for their Medical or Surgical Procedures.
Identifying & Counseling the patients for Healthy Heart.
Working on software for the Healthy Heart Enrollments.
Involves interaction with customers and providing them quality support and service.
Scheduling Appointments

Identifying & Counseling for DMP

Requirements and skills

Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
Compassionate with good communication skills.
Excellent teamwork skills
