Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for a fresh and rewarding opportunity?
Anderson Neurological and Developmental Services is seeking Occupational Therapists to join our welcoming, professional, and dynamic team in Perth and the South-West Regions of Western Australia.
ANDERSONS OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS
As an Occupational Therapist at Anderson, you will be responsible for delivering holistic, client-centered services to both children and adults. Your work will involve direct collaboration with clients, their families, and key stakeholders to support meaningful outcomes.
A strong background in neurological rehabilitation is highly valued, and we welcome applicants with relevant clinical knowledge and hands-on experience in this area. You will provide therapy in a variety of settings, including our clinic, clients’ homes, schools, community gyms, hydrotherapy pools, and aged care facilities.
REQUIREMENTS
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist
· Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills
· Ability to effectively advocate for clients, mediate conflicts, and negotiate outcomes with a range of stakeholders
· A passion for maximising clients’ independence and self-expression
· Actively acknowledge the importance of positive team culture
COMPLIANCE (PRIOR TO APPLYING)
· Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner’s Regulatory Agency’s (AHPRA)Occupational Therapy Board
· NDIS Worker Screening Check
· Working with Children Check
· National Police Clearance (no older than 6 months)
· Professional Indemnity Insurance as per AHPRA guidelines
· First Aid certification desirable
· A current and valid driver’s license, as well as the ability to confidently drive an automatic car
