Work in a team office environment to open and distribute files in a high-volume Customs clearance process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Open import files to pass to the import entry team
• Assist to properly distribute the workload among the opening team
• Verify arrival information with Airlines/NVOCC's/ Steamship Lines, etc
• Issue Payment requests
• Answer frontline questions from clients and departments
• Pass pertinent documents to specific departments

Job Requirements:

• Associates degree
• Must possess an attention to detail and thorough communication/customer service skills
• The ability to multi-task
• Experience in Microsoft outlook
• Proficiency in data-entry and adobe PDF

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
