Odyssey Shipping Ltd. is a highly respected ocean NVOCC established since 1999 offering weekly LCL (less-than-container load) services worldwide.

We are seeking a full-time Import Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Import Team.

Responsibilities:
>Process information from origin agents and coordinate import shipments with
freight forwarding clientele.
>Prepare documents for de-consolidation and submit to Canada Customs.
>Distribute documents to Freight Forwarders and collect freight/destination fees.
>Coordinate container movement with the Sufferance Warehouse.
>Track and trace cargo; provide status updates to our Freight Forwarding clientele.
>Provide Quotes to our overseas Agents and Freight Forwarding clientele.

Qualifications:
>Must be a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident of Canada.
>Minimum two years of experience in Operations within with the logistics industry.
>Bilingual with the ability to speak and write in English and in French.
>Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills, and a team player.
>Detail oriented with ability to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously.
>Familiar with Canada Customs Import Process/e-Manifest.
>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
