Exciting things are happening at Wallace's SuperValu Wellingtonbridge as our store transformation continues. As part of this exciting redevelopment, we're transforming our Off Licence and are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Off Licence Manager to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience and continue to grow the department.

Main Purpose of the Role

This is a full-time position, working five days per week on a roster basis. The successful candidate will manage the Off Licence efficiently, delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and maintaining excellent standards.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• WSET Level 2 or a similar wine qualification (desirable)
• Strong product knowledge of wine, craft beer and spirits
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail
• A passion for retail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Off Licence
• Deliver exceptional customer service and expert product advice
• Manage stock control, ordering and product availability
• Maintain excellent merchandising, compliance and hygiene standards
