Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) administrateur(trice) de bureau fiable, organisé(e) et proactif(ve) pour soutenir les opérations quotidiennes de notre entreprise spécialisée en systèmes de sécurité et en électricité.
La personne retenue jouera un rôle clé dans la coordination des appels de service, la gestion des communications avec les clients et le bon déroulement des tâches administratives. Ce poste est idéal pour une personne structurée, orientée service à la clientèle et à l’aise avec les outils informatiques, notamment QuickBooks et Microsoft Office.
Responsabilités principales
- Assurer la gestion administrative quotidienne du bureau
- Répondre aux appels entrants et aux demandes des clients
- Planifier et coordonner les rendez-vous et appels de service
- Gérer l’horaire des techniciens et maintenir le calendrier à jour
- Préparer, organiser et suivre les dossiers de projets, soumissions et rapports de service
- Traiter les factures, paiements et rapports financiers à l’aide de QuickBooks
- Effectuer la saisie de données, le classement, la numérisation et la gestion documentaire (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Maintenir une communication fluide entre les techniciens sur le terrain et les clients
- Assurer un haut niveau de confidentialité, de rigueur et de professionnalisme
Qualifications requises
- Expérience en administration, idéalement dans un environnement technique ou de services (sécurité, électricité, construction, etc.)
- Excellente maîtrise de QuickBooks et de Microsoft Office
- Bilinguisme français/anglais requis (oral et écrit)
- Sens aigu de l’organisation, autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités
- Diplôme d’études secondaires requis; formation en administration de bureau considérée comme un atout

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our security and electrical systems company.
The successful candidate will play a central role in coordinating service calls, managing client communications, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administrative operations
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate service calls and appointments
- Organize technician schedules and maintain the office calendar
- Prepare, organize, and track project files, quotes, and service reports
- Process invoices, payments, and financial reports using QuickBooks
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Maintain clear communication with field technicians and clients
- Uphold high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism
Required Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a technical or service-based industry (security, electrical, construction, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (French and English required)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- High school diploma or equivalent; office administration training is an asset
